Linking two previous posts, we have, through our sister company Kid Premiership (www.kidpremiership.com), devised a project to teach kids around the 6-8 year old bracket about the construction industry and the different trades and professions involved. This seems to link in nicely with the government’s desire to get some careers information to children at an earlier age.
All we need now is for some of the trade and professional bodies to get behind it. The idea is that the project can use a building anywhere around the country as a focus, so it’s very adaptable. Above all else, it’s fun, unlike much of our industry at the moment.
